Terms of service.
These terms set out the rules for using LowCodeDevs — as a visitor, as a member with a profile, and as a customer on a paid plan. We have kept them as short and plain as we could.

Who we are and when these terms apply
LowCodeDevs (lowcodedevs.com) is run by Inesta, a company registered in the Netherlands. These terms apply to every use of the site and its services.
By creating an account, publishing content or buying a plan you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company to them.
What LowCodeDevs offers
LowCodeDevs is a directory of low-code and no-code tools, agencies, developers and projects. Visitors can compare tools, read community reviews, browse profiles and send a project request. Members can publish and manage profiles and case studies. Paid plans add visibility and access to project requests for agencies.
Your account
You must be at least sixteen to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. Deleting an account does not cancel a running paid plan automatically — cancel it in the billing portal first.
Listings, profiles and claims
Listing a profile is free. You are responsible for keeping what you publish accurate, current and lawful, and you may only publish content you have the rights to — including logos, screenshots and client names in case studies.
Some agency profiles were created by us from publicly available business information. The business behind such a profile can claim it, correct it or ask us to remove it. We check claims before approving them and may refuse a claim we cannot verify.
We may edit, hide or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or break these terms, and we decide how the directory is ordered and presented.
Reviews and community content
Reviews, ratings, pros and cons and map placements are only useful if they are honest. When you contribute, you agree that:
- it reflects your own experience with the tool;
- you do not review a tool you build, sell or are paid to promote, or your own employer;
- you were not paid or rewarded for it, and you do not offer rewards to others for reviews;
- it contains nothing unlawful, defamatory or confidential, and no personal data of others.
We moderate contributions and may remove or decline content that breaks these rules. Paid plans never buy better reviews or ratings: those always come from the community.
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, translate, display and adapt it on LowCodeDevs and in related promotion, for as long as it is on the site.
Project requests
When you send a project request, we pass it to agencies and developers who may fit it, and they can contact you directly. We do not guarantee that anyone will respond, nor the outcome of any conversation.
Any agreement you make with an agency or developer is between you and them. LowCodeDevs is not a party to it and is not responsible for their work, prices or conduct — though we want to hear about bad experiences and act on them.
Paid plans
Paid plans are meant for businesses and professionals. The following applies:
- Plans are annual subscriptions, paid in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address.
- A plan renews automatically for another year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- We do not refund unused parts of a period, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices for future periods. We announce changes before your next renewal, so you can cancel if you do not agree.
Acceptable use
Use LowCodeDevs fairly. In particular, do not:
- copy or harvest the directory or contact details at scale, by bots, scrapers or otherwise;
- send spam or unsolicited offers to members through the site or with data taken from it;
- publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing on someone else's rights;
- pretend to be another person or company, or claim a profile that is not yours;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
Affiliate links
Some links to tool vendors are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They are marked as sponsored for search engines. Affiliate relationships never change reviews, ratings or how tools are ranked.
Intellectual property
The design, code, editorial texts and data compilation of LowCodeDevs belong to Inesta. Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep LowCodeDevs available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We may change, add or remove features, and we cannot guarantee the site is always available or free of errors. Information about tools comes partly from vendors and the community, so check important details with the vendor.
Liability
Our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost data or missed opportunities.
These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
Suspension and termination
If you break these terms, we may remove content, suspend or close your account. Where reasonable we warn you first and explain why. If we close an account with a paid plan without a serious breach on your part, we refund the unused part.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We tell account holders about material changes by email before they take effect; continuing to use LowCodeDevs after that means you accept them.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to a court in your own country.
