What is Landbot used for?

Landbot is used by marketing teams, sales teams and customer support teams to replace traditional forms and first-line support with conversations that engage visitors and collect leads. Free plan and trial

• Free plan (free forever plan): €0, 100 chats a month, 1 seat, web only, no AI chats. Includes the full builder, templates and a test WhatsApp number.

The 14-day trial includes every feature and needs no card; after it, the account falls back to the Landbot free plan.

Starter, Pro and Business plans

• Starter plan: €40 a month, or €32 billed annually. 500 chats and 100 AI chats a month, 2 seats (extra seats €25), web, Messenger and API, basic integrations and human takeover.
• Professional (Pro plan): €100 a month, or €80 billed annually. 2,500 chats and 300 AI chats, 3 seats, no Landbot branding, premium integrations such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and webhooks.
• Professional WhatsApp: €160 a month with 2,500 chats, 500 AI chats and 10,000 WhatsApp service messages.
• Business plan: custom pricing from €400 a month, with 5+ seats, one WhatsApp number, dedicated support, an uptime SLA and Agent Studio.

A Landbot chat is a conversation with one user; extra chats cost €0.05 each on paid plans. Only the Pro and Business plans remove Landbot branding and unlock advanced integrations, so custom branding and webhooks are the main reasons teams upgrade from Starter.

The cost surprise to check is AI and WhatsApp usage on top of the headline price. Each plan has its own AI chat allowance, so AI chat overages add up once most conversations reach the AI agent. WhatsApp adds Meta's message fees plus Landbot's own fee per service or marketing message. Estimate your chat volume and the share of AI chats before choosing a plan.

Landbot WhatsApp integration and customer support

Landbot uses the official WhatsApp Business API, so your bot runs on your own verified business number. You can build and test the flow before Meta approves your API access, using the test number on the free plan. WhatsApp chatbots support buttons, lists and quick replies, opt-in widgets on your website, and template messages for marketing campaigns and notifications. When no agent is online, the bot can collect details and route the case later, which keeps customer interactions moving and helps customer satisfaction outside office hours. WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger automation run from the same builder, which makes Landbot one of the easier ways to put one flow on several messaging channels.

You start from a template or a blank canvas, add blocks, and connect them into a conversation.
